RentR Australia:

  • Is not a real estate agency or property manager

  • Does not represent landlords or property owners

  • Does not provide legal, financial, migration, or tax advice

All rental decisions are made entirely by third parties such as real estate agents, landlords, property managers, or application platforms. We do not influence or control these decisions and cannot guarantee approval or outcomes.

2. No Guarantees

You acknowledge that:

  • The rental market is competitive and unpredictable

  • Outcomes depend on factors outside our control

  • Using our services does not guarantee acceptance, approval, or housing

Our services improve presentation and preparedness, not decision-making authority.

3. Fees & Refunds

All prices are clearly disclosed before purchase.

Unless required by Australian Consumer Law:

  • Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

  • If you choose not to proceed after work begins, no refund is provided

  • Additional support or resubmissions may require a new fee

By purchasing a RentR Australia service, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

4. Use of Website & Services

While we take reasonable care to ensure information is accurate and current, we do not guarantee that:

  • Website content is error-free or uninterrupted

  • Services will be available at all times

  • Third-party platforms will operate without issues

Use of our website and services is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • RentR Australia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • This includes loss of opportunity, income, or rental outcomes

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to RentR Australia in the six (6) months prior to any claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
